MTV Video Music-verðlaunin (eða MTV Video Music Awards, stytt VMAs) er bandarísk verðlaunahátíð í umsjón rásarinnar MTV. Veitt eru ýmis verðlaun sem koma að tónlistarmyndböndum eða að gerð þeirra. Verðlaunin voru fyrst afhent árið 1984 og hafa síðan verið veitt árlega undir lok sumars, oft í ágúst eða september. Upphaflega voru þau gerð sem samsvarandi verðlaun fyrir Grammy-verðlaunin í myndbandsflokknum.
