Meconopsis neglecta^[2] er blásól ættuð frá N-Pakistan (Kafiristan).^[3] Hún blómstrar stórum bláleitum blómum upp úr hvirfingu fjaðursepóttra, lensulaga grænna blaða. Hún er einblómga (vex í nokkur ár og deyr svo eftir blómgun eins og tvíærar jurtir, "monocarpic").^[4] Lítt þekkt.
