Dvergdúntoppur (fræðiheiti Lonicera × xylosteoides^[2]) er runni af geitblaðsætt ættaður frá austur Evrópu (mið-Rússland).^[3]

Hann er líklega blendingur rauðtopps (L. tatarica) × dúntopps (L. xylosteum), en er stundum talinn sjálfstæð tegund.

Hann hefur lítið eitt verið reyndur á Íslandi.^[4]
