Hi! I'm user [[:fi:Käyttäjä:Orri|Orri]] from the Finnish Wikipedia. I'm contacting you because of the newly implemented [[:meta:Help:Unified login|Single User Login]] that registers a username accross all wikis. I did this a few weeks ago, before I even knew you existed, and apparently got the SUL because I have more edits. Apologies if this has caused any inconvenience for you.
Anyway, I'm not asking you to change your username if you don't want to. It's clearly your own name and I'd hate to try to steal it from you (as some people seem to be trying to do with the implementation of this feature). However, at the moment it seems that this situation can't be changed: you cannot get a unified login with your current username and apparently I can't even change my name any more (according to the meta page) even if I wanted to (sorry again, I didn't know this before I took the SUL). So you have your account in the Icelandic wiki, English wiki (I presume it's you?) and Commons (?). I don't even have the need for an account here, but in the future accounts in en-wiki and Commons would be extremely useful for me. So, if sometime in the future, you want an SUL or feel the need to change your name in en-wiki and/or commons (e.g. to Orri Tómasson?) send me a message on my [[:fi:Keskustelu käyttäjästä:Orri|Finnish userpage]] :).

:Hi again – I'm a bit disheartened by the fact that you haven't replied although it seems that you have edited Wikipedia and seen my post. Of course I didn't make any type of formal request. I apologise for having to pressure you, but I'm starting to feel that I could ''really'' use an SUL in en-wiki and Commons. I have uploaded [http://toolserver.org/~daniel/WikiSense/Gallery.php?wikifam=commons.wikimedia.org&img_user_text=Olli%20hki quite a large amount] of files to Commons, but lately I haven't been active there as I have felt that logging in separately is too much of a hassle. I've also added hundreds of interwikis to the English Wikipedia unlogged, and it would really make my life much easier to be able to do this with an SUL, so that I wouldn't have to log in separately. I wouldn't ask this if it wasn't important for me and make my wiki-life considerably easier, and if you would be very active in these projects. However, you only have one image upload in commons and few edits to the English wikipedia. So therefore I feel that getting SUL is more important for me than for you :) Also, I think that a single login would be beneficial for you as well, and you cannot get that at the moment.
:So, if you wish to change your name, go to [[:en:Wikipedia:Changing username]] and [[:commons:Commons:Changing username]].
