Help! er fimmta breiðskífa Bítlanna. Hún kom út þann 6. ágúst 1965 í Englandi en þann 13. ágúst í Bandaríkjunum. Eins og fyrri plötur Bítlanna var hún tekin upp í Abbey Road stúdíóinu í London undir stjórn George Martins og var umslagið hannað af Robert Freeman. Fyrstu sjö lögin á plötunni, öll lögin á fyrri hlið upprunalegu vínylplötunnar voru líka í kvikmyndinni Help!, sem hafði verið frumsýnd stuttu áður. Platan byrjar á laginu „Help!“ eftir John Lennon. Meirihluti laganna á plötunni er eftir Lennon–McCartney.
